As a professional photographer and climber, Jeff was drawn to the mountains and varied landscapes of the Pacific Northwest over 20 years ago, moving there from New England in 1980. Once operating out of Seattle, Jeff is now in sunny Sonoma California. Since moving out west, Jeff has traveled at length in Antarctica, Amazon, Nepal, New Zealand, France, Alaska, Thailand, Midway Atoll, Peru, Churchill (polar bears, of course!), Canadian and U.S. Arctic regions - He is always looking forward to packing his gear and 'heading for the field office!' Subjects include wildlife, nature, high-risk sports, remote regions and their indigenous peoples. His images are published in books, calendars, annual reports, magazines, and catalogs.
